I am the author of The Imperfect Enjoyment. It is funniest book ever written about a secret relationship between a college instructor with a large cranium and a chaste Arab student. I am originally from Ohio, where I always stayed at least three blocks from the hood. Since 2001 I have lived in San Diego. In this paradise of 24 hour taco shops I enjoy simple activities, like shirking all morning and afternoon responsibilities to hang on the beach boardwalk and wear fancy “designer” sunglasses that are actually slightly blemished knockoffs from Marshall’s. When basking in the sun I listen to Bobby Brown’s “Tenderoni” and provide unsolicited massages to women who might have an interest in me, but just don’t know it until they see my boyish nipples and manly chest hair. When the massage is complete I say “That was The Baby D Experience.” The woman will then shiver with lust. Yet, I walk away backwards as she stares in my hypersexual eyes and thinks “Who is this bony man wearing dark jeans in 80 degree weather? He smells of the finest spices from the coast of Lake Erie. I cannot see his eyes but his aura bleeds a mysterious and hypnotizing lust.” I am never to be seen again.
